Here's how to join the Tidy Ninjas community.

Every cleaner in our community cleans how they want and when they want without having to worry about marketing or paperwork or being overwhelmed by too much work that has nothing to do with cleaning! For you, this means you can focus on what you enjoy most, cleaning and connecting with customers!

How to become a Tidy Ninja:

1) Apply: Click the ‘Become a cleaner’ button above and fill out our brief application explaining to us why you’d be a great fit for our community.

2) Interview: After applying, you’ll be led to our interview scheduling page. We will talk by phone or FaceTime on the date you selected and learn all about you and your experiences.

3) Onboard! Once you’ve completed your interview and we’ve selected you as a cleaning member, we will get you started with our onboarding process. Here, you’ll set your schedule and learn more about our company.

4) Get to Work: Now that you’re verified and onboarded, we’ll start sending some jobs your way. Over time, you’ll have a nice recurring schedule planned out for yourself.

How to Refer a Cleaner: If you refer a cleaner to Tidy Ninjas and they become a member you will receive a $50 Visa Gift Card! So if you If you know a great cleaner who wants to set their own schedule while receiving a fair, living wage, introduce them to Tidy Ninjas and earn a $50!

2) When your friend applies, be sure they include your email in the area under “how did you find out about us?”
3) 3 successful cleans later, we will send you a $50 Visa Gift Card to your email provided to say Thank You!

Before tips, cleaners on Tidy Ninjas earn an average of $22-$28 per hour.

How much you earn per clean is determined by the size of the space, what type of service is selected, and the tips you receive.

 

To make it easy, we pay the cleaners we work with once a week via direct deposit.

Though we’d love to work with everyone, we do have some simple requirements you need to meet before applying with us.

To work with us, you must:

  1. Have relevant experience
  2. Have reliable transportation
  3. Provide your own general liability insurance
  4. Provide your own cleaning supplies
  5. Have 2-3 references for us to check
  6. Complete a background check

Yes! We love working with teams or established cleaning businesses with multiple crew members. We ask that all of your crew members or employees are confirmed covered under your General Liability insurance.
