Pre COVID-19 Virus Cleaning Service Safety Guidelines
Here are a few things that have always been on our daily list of sanitation safety guidelines:
Rigorous Hand Washing
Our cleaners are educated about the importance of handwashing before they enter a residence, during the cleaning (after bathrooms are cleaned), and after the cleaning is completed to ensure the safety of the customers and clients.
Clean Mop Heads / Rags for Each Residence
Each cleaning starts with fresh mop heads and rags that we only use for a single residence. After the cleaning, all dirty mop heads and rags are not used again until they are cleaned and disinfected.
All used or dirty mop heads and rags are disinfected with bleach and washed thoroughly before their next use.
We empty the dust bins of our vacuums after each cleaning to ensure we’re not taking any dust bunnies with us.
We implement the above procedures on a daily basis and year-round to prevent the spread of common illnesses such as cold and influenza.
Extra Steps we are Taking To Improve Our Safety Guidelines
While we’re already cleaning and disinfecting most areas in rental and commercial properties recommended by the Centers for Disease Control, we’ve added a few new procedures to make sure going the extra mile for you and our staff.

We’re now sanitizing light switches and door handles in every property as a courtesy. That means an added service FREE of charge with every cleaning. Adding these simple sanitization steps goes a long way.
Regular Cleaning Service Safety Discussions with our Staff
We will continue to review and train our staff in proper handwashing and disinfecting processes.
Mask and Gloves
Personal protective gear like masks and gloves are becoming harder to come by. We make sure all members of our staff have access to a mask and gloves while cleaning your property. While each team member has a cloth mask and gloves, they can get lost. It can take a long time to restock cloth masks and gloves. If this is important to you and your family, please let us know ahead of time so we can ensure the team has them ready for your property.
